Three cheers for April 6!

In case you didn’t know, that is the United Nation’s official date for the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace. I think many people would be shocked to hear how much I love sports. Of course, to be honest, I don’t care about scores, trophies, or championships. And don’t ask me who’s in first or last place. I wouldn’t have a clue.

That being said, I love to watch the pure poetry and grace that happens when athletes (of all sports and all ages) execute at such a high level that their performance transforms into a moment where skill gives way to effortless ease, which many athletes describe as being “in the zone.”

In fact, I have devoted my life to this “effortless ease.” I called it The Easiest Way!

In the Zero Frequency workshops I give around the world, I teach how to access this zone state (Zero) for ourselves — with our careers, our families and friends, and in our communities. I do it with young and old alike. You see, here’s the truth nobody tells you: You don’t have to be a world-class athlete to experience that state of being, just a world-class human — open-hearted, conscious, and responsible.
